Who is Szilvia Kocsy?

Life Mentor Global Ltd was founded in 2025 by Szilvia Kocsy, Author of Chief of You®: Becoming Chosen (2027), with 21 years’ experience in 21 sectors, across PwC PMO as a PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, and Chief of Staff to LinkedIn's Managing Director for EMEA and LATAM.

What is Szilvia Kocsy’s background?

Szilvia started as an award-winning young entrepreneur at 13. She then spent two decades in corporate environments, including nearly 15 years at PwC, incl. PMO Lead, nearly 4 years as Chief of Staff at LinkedIn, working across 21 sectors, with AI advocacy since 2013.

This experience uniquely positions Szilvia to diagnose the core of the issue from start-ups to complex, global, multi-billion-pound enterprises and to design solutions across scaling and optimisation. She bridges a strategic birds' eye view with operational rolling sleeves up practicality to translate vision to impact at pace. Applying her strategic vision and corporate execution balance, shaped by systems and design thinking, fit for an AI-forward world. She’s known for a poised presence and a sense of ease that creates space for alignment.
