It’s operated by Szilvia Kocsy, speaker globally on modern leadership, our unique value and careers in an AI-shaped world, tech and the future of work in this space. She brings the thinking to life through keynotes, workshops, leadership programmes and mentoring.

Szilvia also trains leaders and leadership teams about LinkedIn with AI relevance and discoverability. Also build employee ambassador programmes to adapt to how buyer behaviour changed. She co-created and rolled out PwC’s global social media programme in 2013, worked inside LinkedIn, optimised hundreds of executives’ profiles, and am a certified AI discoveribility expert.
